Eric Yale Lutz has been an innovative leader in all aspects of the real estate industry for more almost six decades. During the first 15 years of his career, Mr. Lutz was a principal in one of Michigan’s largest full-service real estate companies. He subsequently formed his own companies which pioneered in many areas of investment real estate, including the redevelopment of apartments, retail, hotel, office and industrial properties.

Today, Mr. Lutz is a principal of Q10 Lutz Financial Services. Mr. Lutz personally manages his clients’ real estate financing needs including first mortgages, mezzanine, and equity. Pursuing his clients’ interests, whether acquisition or development, his firm is active in several of the major markets in the United States.

Mr. Lutz is additionally a Principal of Lutz Real Estate Investments, a firm with commercial interest in such major markets as Tampa FL, Atlanta GA, and Raleigh NC. Mr. Lutz has held the professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM), was a founding member and vice chairman of BOMA of Michigan and has been a keynote speaker at many national real estate conferences. He holds an undergraduate degree and continued post-graduate studies in the School of Business at Wayne State University.

Adam M. Lutz is the Managing Principal of Q10|Lutz Financial Services. Additionally, he is the Managing Member of Lutz Real Estate Investments, a firm with commercial and student housing interests in major markets throughout the U.S. With 20 – years of experience in the commercial real estate and multi-family industry, Mr. Lutz has been active as both an intermediary and principal in hundreds of transactions.

Prior to joining Q10 Lutz Financial Services, Mr. Lutz spent several years in the global finance industry concentrating on the origination of commercial real estate loans for the CMBS Market. As a Vice President with Deutsche Bank and prior to that Nomura Direct, he was part of the original teams involved in forming and operating their direct nationwide conduit loan programs.

Mr. Lutz has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Investment from New York University. Mr. Lutz was a founding board member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a member of the International Council of Shopping centers (ICSC), Mortgage Banker’s Association (MBA) and holds a Real Estate brokers License with the State of Michigan.

Managing Director


As a Q10 Lutz Financial Services Managing Director, Mr. Shane focuses on both debt and equity placement. He has arranged financing for multi-family, office, industrial, retail, hotels, medical office buildings. Matt spends the majority of his time with developers and family trusts who are acquiring and refinancing properties in and out of the State of Michigan. His other areas of expertise include financing single tenant transactions. Matt has facilitated the closing of over $1 Billion in real estate transactions at Q10 Lutz Financial Services.

Matt has a diversified real estate background that began at CB Richard Ellis where he worked as an investment analyst. He has a Bachelors degree in marketing from the University of Arizona and a Masters degree in business from Pepperdine University.

Lawrence Harwood is a Senior Director at Q10 Lutz Financial Services. The first executive to join the Q10 Lutz Financial Services team, Mr. Harwood is responsible for the origination and closing of complex loan transactions. His clients include entrepreneurial, fast growth, start-up companies and established, full-service, real estate firms.

Prior to joining Q10 Lutz Financial Services, Mr. Harwood devoted 20 years as a financial and accounting executive, having served as a chief financial officer, director of finance and controller in the service and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Harwood holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. He became a certified public accountant in 1978, is licensed as a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson and has a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is the only CCIM designee in the State of Michigan, and one of the few in the United States, whose practice primarily focuses on commercial mortgage brokering. Mr. Harwood is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Commercial Board of Realtors and the CCIM Institute.

Ms. Jasinski is a Director with Q10 | Lutz Financial Services responsible for underwriting, originating and closing a variety of commercial transactions. Placed loans range from local multi-family projects to the refinancing of a 40-property retail portfolio located throughout nine states. Ms. Jasinski has been involved in the debt and equity placement of some of the most complex financings undertaken by the firm.

Prior to joining Q10 Lutz Financial Services, Ms. Jasinski spent several years in asset management for a Michigan-based real estate investment firm, with responsibility for the financial operations of a significant portfolio. Ms. Jasinski’s experience in the operations of investment real estate enhances her ability to secure financing for all major asset classes and allows for direct interaction with borrowers on property-specific issues. She holds a bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a member of both the Mortgage Bankers Association and Commercial Real Estate Women of Detroit.

Luis Vela is a Senior Director of
Q10 | Lutz Financial Services. With over forty years experience in commercial mortgage, finance and real estate industries, Mr. Vela has been active as both a principal, direct lender, developer and mortgage and real estate broker in hundreds of transactions exceeding three billion.
Prior to joining Q10 | Lutz Financial Services, Mr. Vela headed the Detroit office in Troy as Vice President for PNC ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co., Fannie Mae’s #1 DUS Multifamily lender for over 9 Years. Before PNC ARCS, Mr. Vela was Vice President for National Community Financing for Conseco Finance Corp. and its predecessor Green Tree Financial Corp, both on the New York Stock Exchange.
Before Green Tree, Vela was Senior Vice President of Detroit-based Chateau Properties, Inc. (NYSE REIT), containing more than 40,000 units.
Mr. Vela has a Masters in Finance from Columbia’s Graduate School of Business in New York City and a Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University.
He is a Member of Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals (FAMP), Rotary International and former member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
He holds a Mortgage and Real Estate Brokers License from the State of Florida.

Michael Lemon is a Director with Q10 | Lutz Financial Services responsible for underwriting, originating and closing a variety of commercial transactions. He has arranged or assisted to arrange financing for multi-family, office, industrial, retail, hotels, self-storage and medical office buildings.  Michael has specialized in arranging complex construction loans for developers nationwide.

Prior to joining Q10 | Lutz Financial Services, Michael was a financial consultant at Hantz Financial Services. He was responsible for building his client’s wealth by utilizing the areas of banking, investments, insurance, and taxes. Michael also has a background in real estate, working as a leasing agent at DTN Management, a student housing management company based in East Lansing, Michigan. At DTN, Michael managed communications for consumer-employee relations by interacting with residents and utilizing property management software.

Michael graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics.  Michael will have his Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University by the end of 2018.  He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Senior Analyst


As a Q10 | Lutz Financial Services Analyst, Steven Siegel provides support in the underwriting, origination, and closing of both commercial and multi-family loans.

Prior to joining Q10 | Lutz Financial Services, Steven was the Director of Acquisitions for SG Real Estate, a multi-family operator based in Southfield.  His responsibilities included sourcing deal flow, underwriting potential acquisitions, and investor relations.  Steven also has previous real estate experience at Detroit Development Company.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a board member of the Founders Junior Council at the Detroit Institute of Arts.

Steven has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Emory University & a Master’s in Electronic Music Composition from the London College of Music.  Prior to working in real estate, Steven spent several years working in the music industry, where he collaborated closely with numerous notable artists and producers including Alex da Kid (Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, U2), Imagine Dragons, X Ambassadors and Alan Braxe (Daft Punk). He had DJ residences in Atlanta, London, and Los Angeles.

Michelle Nedry - 2016 Head Shot


As Controller of Q10 | Lutz Financial Services LLC, Michelle Nedry is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, the implementation of policies and procedures, human resource coordination, and the collection, processing and reporting of financial and accounting information for both corporate entities.

Mrs. Nedry brings over twenty years of accounting and administrative experience to the company.

Prior to joining Lutz Real Estate Investments, Mrs. Nedry was the Controller for Milosch’s Palace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, where she was responsible managing the accounting, payroll and human resource department.  Mrs. Nedry gained her career knowledge and experience in these areas in the automotive industry.

Mrs. Nedry is currently working toward the completion of her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, with plans to pursue a Master of Science in Forensic Accounting.
