Michael Lemon is a Director with Q10 | Lutz Financial Services responsible for underwriting, originating and closing a variety of commercial transactions. He has arranged or assisted to arrange financing for multi-family, office, industrial, retail, hotels, self-storage and medical office buildings.  Michael has specialized in arranging complex construction loans for developers nationwide.

Prior to joining Q10 | Lutz Financial Services, Michael was a financial consultant at Hantz Financial Services. He was responsible for building his client’s wealth by utilizing the areas of banking, investments, insurance, and taxes. Michael also has a background in real estate, working as a leasing agent at DTN Management, a student housing management company based in East Lansing, Michigan. At DTN, Michael managed communications for consumer-employee relations by interacting with residents and utilizing property management software.

Michael graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics.  Michael will have his Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University by the end of 2018.  He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
