Our relationship is with Life insurance companies, Wall street firms, Banking and Credit union. The range of loans is between Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000.00) and One Fifty Million dollars ($150,000,000.00). Q10 Lutz Financial has originated One Billion dollars ($1,000,000,000.00) in loans.

Our mortgage team includes professionals who focus on the borrower and their criteria for a loan that they request. We have administrators who monitor the activity of third parties including appraisal, engineering and environmental.
